About Ralph Hydes Personal Fitness Training

Wanting to combine my love of sport with a career, I took up Personal Training in the year 2000. Originally training and qualifying with Premier Training International, I am now a well respected personal trainer and triathlon coach. I have trained numerous Great Britain age-group triathletes and duathletes and specialise in training these sports. I have been the official trainer of both novices and corporate teams for London Triathlon since 2001. I have also been the official massage provider for UK Ironman and 70.3 events since they first came to the UK in 2004.

Since becoming a personal trainer, I have developed training systems that suit all abilities whether you wish to 'just' get fit or have higher aspirations. I can train you online, in groups or in a one-to-one session, it is your choice. The group fitness training classes and individual personal fitness training sessions are for anyone wanting to improve their fitness and/or lose weight.

Who is Ralph?

I have been competing since I was 4 years old, representing school, district and county and university cross country championships.

More recently I am proud to have represented Great Britain in eight duathlon and triathlon age-group World Championships, achieving seventh in the 2006 World Duathlon Championships.

Why?

I run extremely adaptable programmes - my group sessions range from a GB qualifiers group through to Mums' groups and general fitness groups.

In addition to the group training and one-to-one sessions I can tailor an individual weekly training programme for your needs.
